Who we are

What we collect
When you join the waitlist, our email provider, Brevo, stores on our behalf:
- your email address
- your country
- the piece you told us you love, if you chose one
- when you agreed to receive launch emails, and which version of the consent wording you saw
We do not ask for anything else. Our hosting provider and our email provider process your IP address to deliver this site and your sign-up, and to protect both from abuse.
Why we collect it
To email you about the launch of Semence Luxè and the debut collection. We use your country and favorite piece to understand where interest comes from and which pieces to make first. We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Our legal basis
Your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to hello@semenceluxe.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Who processes it for us
- Website hosting: Cloudflare, Inc.
- Waitlist storage and email delivery: Brevo (France)

Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Our fonts are served from our own server, so loading a page does not send your details to a font provider.
